About the role
The Clinical Researcher oversees the clinical side of Nyanja’s studies, working closely with epidemiologists, field teams and partner health facilities in Salima District.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise clinical assessments for study participants.
- Ensure studies follow protocols, ethics approvals and good clinical practice.
- Train and support clinical and field staff.
- Review clinical data for completeness and quality.
- Contribute to reports and scientific publications.
Requirements
- A degree in medicine or clinical medicine, with registration in Malawi.
- At least two years of clinical experience; research experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of good clinical practice (GCP).
- Strong communication skills in English and Chichewa.
